She is both a registered Architect with the State of Florida and a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional by the US Green Building Council. Having travelled throughout the world, she has a global perspective on environmental and social issues. Active in humanitarian endeavors, Lizmarie volunteers at Habitat for Humanity (HFH) and Architecture for Humanity (AFH).
